DESIGNATION : IT Business Analyst (Finance)

RESPONSIBILITIES
NE Digital is currently hiring for IT Business Analyst to join Enterprise Engineering. The Enterprise Engineering design and execute products, tools, and services to help power NTUC employees. The team looks at technology from a creative perspective and builds innovative, people-centric enterprise solutions that deliver seamless experiences for NTUC employees that use them, and allowing them to work more efficiently and have more connected experiences at work. Our team also builds custom product solutions tailored to the unique needs of NTUC to streamline workflows and automate processes creating a better experience for our employees and to power our productivity and reduce third party software licensing costs.
- Analyze and advice Finance Corporate Services digital and technology needs and requirements.
- Create and maintain Finance Corporate Services digital technology roadmap.
- Develop digital and technology high level solution based on the requirements.
- Source and Analyze implementation options (make or buy decision) on chosen solution.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree, preferably in Finance or Information Technology or related field.
- At least 5 years hands on experiences working as a technology business analyst bridging business requirements with technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge on Finance processes including corporate control, FP&A, and Finance Shared Services.
- Creative/Innovative thinking, Customer focus, result driven, Team player, positive attitude,solid communication skill and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
