**Job Overview**: We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Technician to handle both onsite and remote support tasks. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting IT peripherals, providing excellent user support, and ensuring smooth IT operations for our clients.

**Job Scope**:

- Handle setup, installation, re-installation, and migration of IT peripherals.
- Maintain backups and ensure recovery processes are in place.
- Relocate IT peripherals within the premises and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage user profiles and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
- Interface with other IT maintenance vendors for problem reporting. Place service calls and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Install and configure software according to customer standards.

**Requirement**
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in IT or a related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the IT field
- Experience in user support is preferred.
- Basic networking support and familiarity with various OS platforms
- Strong customer service skills, good communication abilities, and a team player mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and able to take initiative.

**Additional Information**:

- **Office Location**: Kaki Bukit (Attached to client's sites - Onsite/Roaming Role)
- **Overtime**: Possible depending on project requirements.
- **Performance Bonus**:

- **Willingness to travel**: 75% (preferred)

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
