**Responsibilities**:

- General Helpdesk support.
- Desktop / Laptop support.
- Basic server administration.
- Basic network administration.
- IT asset management.
- Liaise with Vendor and internal operational staff.
- Ensure the compliance of Corporate IT policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Windows 7/10 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows 2008/2012/2016 server installation, configuration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic Network Knowledge.
