RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintain and operate and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 related issues and services - Manage Microsoft 365 security administration in collaboration with the security team - Manage corporate software licenses - Lead or involve in projects as assigned - Responsible for the IT infrastructure maintenance, project management and operations support at local and regional level. - New Technology assessment, installation, setup, and testing. Make and recommend system proposal and IT security for decision-making - Support on IT Budget Planning - Involve in IT roadmap and strategy planning by understanding implemented products technology’s lifecycle and roadmap - Lead and drive existing core system technical refresh planning and execution - Provides regular updates and reporting on a timely and accurate fashion - Assist superior in establishing, maintaining, and enforcing IT procedure and policy governance - Plan, lead, and direct fellow IT Engineer’s efforts towards assigned tasks and goals - Remediate and rectify escalated issues or problems quickly and efficiently - Maintain and manage corporate licenses at local and regional level - Implement and manage Windows-based infrastructure and associated technologies - Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of Windows servers and systems - Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services. - Install, configure, and manage Windows servers and services, including IIS, SQL Server, System Centers, etc - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide solutions - Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures - Provide level 2 and level 3 support for Windows-related issues - Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed **REQUIREMENTS**: - Degree in Computer Science/Engineering - Min 3 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations Experience - Good knowledge in operating and managing Microsoft 365 solutions - Good Knowledge of Microsoft Security using Entra ID, Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Azure Administration - Good knowledge in antivirus/antimalware deployment and management through Microsoft Intune - Good knowledge in Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, web Single Sign-on (SSO), DNS, TCP/IP Networking - Knowledge in virtualization platforms - Hyper-V and VMware - Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (Online) and Teams - Experience in software licensing management - Experience in the development of technical user documentation - Experienced in Project Management deploying mid-size to enterprise cloud infrastructure projects By responding to Yokogawa’s advertisement, consent is considered given to Yokogawa to collect the required personal data for the purpose of recruitment with expectation that Yokogawa will protect personal data with security safeguards that are reasonable and appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data, to protect it from unauthorized access, use or disclosure and complies with applicable regulatory requirements with respect to the retention of personal data Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
