Prioritization and Enforcement Regional Team Lead, Trust

**Responsibilities**: **Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in trust & safety or risk management with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or mentorship role - Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver under pressure in complex, fast-paced environments - Strong analytical thinking and operational acumen; experience using data to monitor performance and guide decisions - Deep understanding of content moderation systems, enforcement tools, and risk mitigation strategies - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with cross-functional partners (e.g. policy, product, operations) Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience leading teams responsible for incident response, enforcement, or content risk mitigation at scale - Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving risk landscapes; ability to drive clarity and structure for others - Experience with operational tooling, automation, or data analysis (e.g. SQL, dashboarding tools) - Knowledge of specific high-risk content areas such as misinformation, hate speech, or safety-related harms Job Information About TikTok TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
