Singapore TOPPAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (S) PTE LTD Full time

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team at Toppan Management Systems (S) Pte Ltd.

As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure including PCs, servers, networks, and end-user systems. This role involves ensuring system reliability, security, and performance while providing technical support to our customers.

You will work closely with the internal team to implement IT projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and support day-to-day IT operations for customers. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**What you'll be doing**

1. Provide technical support for PCs, servers, firewalls, and network equipment.

2. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

3. Designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems including switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

4. Troubleshooting and resolve system, network, and security-related issues.

5. Monitor system performance and ensure network reliability and data security.

6. Manage backup, recovery, and patch updates for servers and critical systems.

8. Work closely with customers to coordinate IT related tasks and projects.

9. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and service reports.

**What we're looking for**

1. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, systems, and network administration preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry.

3. Strong working knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and best practices including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall configuration.

4. Strong working knowledge of PC, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Firewall management and Cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).

5. Familiar with LAN/WAN, VPN, WIFI and network troubleshooting.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide quality technical support to customers.

7. Relevant professional certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, or CompTIA are highly desirable.
