Hsse Coordinator

- Position Title**:HSSE Coordinator (Safety)**:

- Working Location: West - Tuas (Company transport provided at Chou Chu Kang and Boon Lay MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30 am - 5 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to SGD 3000 + Allowance (Transport and Meal) + AWS + Variable Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting Organizations with Regulatory Compliance with all relevant Health, Safety and Environment Regulations
- Assisting in Maintaining the Company's Safety Management System ISO45001/SS651 and ISO14001
- Assisting in Developing, Preparing, and reviewing Safe Work Procedures and Guidelines
- Assisting in Delivering Training Programs and Keeping Employees Informed about Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Issues, Regulations and Best Practices
- Conducting Regular Safety Walkabouts and Safety Inspections to Identify Hazards and At-Risk Behaviour
- Coordinating Waste Management, Environment, and Occupational Industrial Hygiene Plan regularly
- Identifying Risks, Assess Impact, and Develop Risk Mitigation Strategies for Risk Assessments
- Recommending and Implementing Improvements to reduce Workplace Hazards
- Investigating Accidents, Incidents, Near Misses, Environmental Spills and Implement Corrective Actions
- Maintaining Records of Incidents, Including Root Cause Analysis and Lessons Learned
- Monitoring, Inspecting, and ensuring Firefighting Provisions are Operationally Ready
- Assisting in Conducting Emergency Drills and Exercises to Test Emergency Response Readiness
- Ad-Hoc Administration of Security Related Tasks such as Monitoring and Controlling Access
- Verifying Identification of Employees, Visitors and Contractors
- Issuing and Managing Access Badges or Access Codes

- Min. 1 year of working experience in the Safety sector (Experience in Manufacturing, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or Pharmaceuticals Industries is an added point)
- Possess WSH Level B certification / Work at Height / Confined Space is a plus (The company will send you to the course if you do not have the certs)
