Responsibilities

Weighbridge Operations

  • Oversee daily weighbridge operations and ensure all vehicle weights (incoming and outgoing) are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Verify and cross-check delivery orders, dispatch notes, or waste disposal slips before authorizing vehicle movement.
  • Ensure all vehicle details (driver name, registration number, product type, weight, and time) are correctly entered in the weighbridge log/system.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in load weights or irregular transactions.
  • Maintain the weighbridge and related equipment in good working condition; promptly report any malfunctions or faults.

Security Supervision

  • Supervise and coordinate the duties of the security team to ensure proper coverage and effective performance.
  • Oversee shift deployment and ensure adherence to site access control procedures.
  • Conduct checks on visitors and contractors entering and exiting the premises.
  • Monitor CCTV and perform regular patrols to identify security breaches, unsafe acts, or irregular activities.
  • Investigate and report incidents involving theft, trespassing, or safety/security violations.
  • Liaise with management and external parties (e.g., contractors, drivers) on security-related matters.

Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit daily weighbridge transaction reports and security occurrence logs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and management review purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSSE policies and procedures.
  • Assist in emergency response coordination and drills when required.

Requirements

  • At least 1 years of experience in weighbridge operations and/or security supervision.
  • Familiar with weighbridge software and basic computer skills (MS Excel, data entry).
  • Possess a valid PLRD Security License (Singapore).
  • Strong communication, integrity, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
