Marketnode is an SGX & Temasek Holdings JV focused on digital assets infrastructure for traditional capital markets products. Our current platform pipeline focuses on fixed income/debt, funds workflows and other greenfield asset classes.

We are seeking an operations analyst to support our expansion and growing product pipeline.

You are energetic, self-driven, have the interest in and desire to work within a fintech, a start-up style environment, understanding the unique responsibility, creativity and flexibility that is required, and the challenges and opportunities that come with it.

You will manage the daily operations and issues by working with sales, product and technology teams to operate a digital asset marketplace of the future.

The role reports to the Platform Operations Lead.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Perform daily platform administration, monitoring, maintaining and reporting.
- Operate platform activities, including client onboarding and administration on user accounts, coordinate client requests where required.
- Troubleshoot and discover answers efficiently to ensure quality service and effective operations support for clients.
- Provide first-line operational and trouble-shooting support to clients and coordinate incident management with technology team.
- Regular research, consolidate and maintenance of ESG and Fixed Income data in platform.
- Administering funds data into platform includes monitoring of settlement process.
- Involved in projects with stakeholders to enhance processes/workflows with product and technology teams on platform development and managing quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures.
- Governance over outsourced agent and/or process.

**Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an operational role with institutional client supporting responsibilities.
- Work experience in Capital Markets, Data management, Pre-trade, Fixed Income and Funds products & processes.
- Experiences in functional requirements, creating test scripts, executing UAT and regression testing.
- Comfortable with technology platforms such as MS Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, etc.
- Keen attention to detail, a data integrity mindset, appreciation for risk and control procedures and environments, and strong ownership/accountability mindset.
- Independent and natural team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Native fluency in English, Mandarin would be a plus.
