The Procurement Executive is in charge of a portfolio of international suppliers. He/She manages procurement of consumable spare parts, services and other procurement needs at the best prices and delays for repair workshops. He/She guarantees purchased pieces traceability and navigability. He/She maintains stock levels according to workshop activity and needs. Job Responsibilities

Ensure all purchases are in compliance with purchasing policy
Set articles according to defined management policies
Study and analyse out of stock and anticipate out of stock risks
Launch international scope tenders (in the day for missing items)
Study and analyse suppliers’ offers in order to choose the most appropriate ones according to the priorities given by the request owner
Negotiate prices and delays with suppliers in case of new procurements
Define order forms (purchasing, various interventions, etc.) and send them to suppliers
Ensure order tracking, update ERP system until he//she obtains complete shipment details
Transmit delivery and availability information to requesters
Follow delivery details, follow-up ongoing orders and establish a performance scorecard by main supplier
Integrate anticipated needs in ERP
Deal and monitor with litigation, delay, quantitative, qualitative, invoices, reception
Analyse and monitor part shortage
Update purchasing data on information files
Prepare purchasing meetings and reports for management as often as needed (dispute summary, ongoing orders etc.).
Liaise with Finance department in regards to supplier invoices and payment issues
Handle other additional functions and ad hoc projects, whenever assigned

**Job requirements**:
Diploma in Supply Chain
Experience in procurement, purchasing or forecasting in an industrial environment
At least 1 year working experience in related field
Procurement process knowledge (stock forecast, orders, etc.)
Stock management knowledge
Excellent proficiency in computer tools and IT skills (ERP, Excel, Word)
Good time management and multi tasking skills
Familiarization with M3 is an added advantage
