**Role Summary**

The Customer Services Executive, under direction of supervision, primary responsibility is to support the Customer Services team, developing mutually beneficial relationship with the customers, ensuring timely and effective opportunity progression.

The Customer Services Executive is also to perform day to day sourcing and procurement activities, ensuring suppliers’ products/services are in good quality, delivery in full on time, and achieving cost saving.

The Customer Services Executive will actively participate discussions across departments, Sales & Marketing / Procurement / Quality & Warehouse / Customer Services, maintaining responsibility of timeliness and deliverance of highest quality of products.

The role involves frequent customer interaction, and therefore will be an ambassador of Dedienne Aerospace, its brand, ethics and business vision.

**Area of activity Responsibility**
- Part sales / leasing of products and services in response to customer requests for quotation and negotiating sales prices within defined parameters, maximising profitability
- Selling of products and services in response to internal requests generated within the business
- Preparation of estimates and quotations to customers
- Transacting sales contracts and associated Purchase Orders into individual sales transactions on sales system
- Invoice generation and delivery of invoice to customer
- Monitoring and following up of sales through to dispatch and payment status on sales system upholding data integrity
- Taking, monitoring and progressing orders and being operational point of contact for all orders under ownership
- Create and edit presentations, SOPs, documents and reports
- Providing information to customers on status of order
- Require to learn to interpret technical drawings/blueprints
- Maintain and uphold open and transparent processes in all procurement activities
- Implementation of effective procurement process from sourcing of products/services up to ensuring prompt delivery by suppliers to internal customers
- Ability to analyse consolidated data and perform non-biased supplier selection whilst fulfilling cost-saving, timely delivery and deliverance of high quality of products/services
- Ability to deliver continuous cost saving through negotiation and process improvement outcomes
- Effective sourcing and vendor management
- Perform execution of procurement and pricing on system and documentation
- Support internal and external Engineering related enquiries
- Liaise closely with Sales & Marketing / Procurement / Quality & Warehouse / Customer Services on improvement to quality of products and services
- In support of the Customer Services team, ensure products and services are quoted in reasonable pricing and lead-time
- Actively participate in regular meetings with Sales & Marketing / Procurement / Quality & Warehouse / Customer Services to ensure maximisation of cross department discussions
- Business Travel Occasional business travel will be expected to fulfil the and Reporting Customer Services Executive role
- Compilation of weekly sales & services report and forecasting
- Compilation of vendors’ information, capabilities, products and services

Job Descriptions will be reviewed and discussed annually during the staff appraisal.
- And / Or at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
