Role:
The Senior Accountant will perform the following tasks:

- Responsible for managing their assigned Accounting team’s clients
- Assisting with line management duties for Accountants and Junior Accountants in their team
- Onboarding of new clients before handing over to Accountants
- Managing communication with clients, including joining any calls between clients and accountants
- Monthly accounting for clients and preparations of Financial Statements (FS)
- Assisting with one-off accounting requests
- Managing the tax submissions for their team’s assigned clients

The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager.

Qualifications:

- Graduate or Degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications as recognized by ISCA
- With 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Xero is required
- E-commerce experience will be advantageous
- Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and be able to work well with HOD or stakeholders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous and organize, and able to prioritize work effectively to meet multiple, tight deadlines
- Independent with a good level of initiative.
