**What we need**:**Key responsibilities**:

- Strategic Masterplanning: Manage the long-term masterplan for our data centre infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and technology strategy.
- Design & Development: Lead the design and development phases up to schematic design stage of our data centre projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management to define and refine strategic objectives for our data centre development, expansion and optimization.
- Project Planning: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design consultants, vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Leadership: Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for Masterplanning-related matters with internal and external stakeholders. Present project plans, progress updates and reports to executive leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify potential and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Consultant and Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with external parties for successful design delivery, selecting the appropriate components and ensuring compatibility for construction and operations.
- Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
- 10 years or more relevant professional and project delivery experiences in APAC, including design of hyperscale data centres.
- Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical and IT system.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale data centre projects.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Professional engineering certification is advantageous.
- Primarily office-based with some travel required to project locations within Asia Pacific.
