We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with 4-6 years of experience to join our team as the **Head of Client Service **. **About the Role**:

- Develop and implement client service strategies to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Service Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee client accounts, managing high-value clients and resolving complex issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service offerings, identify new business opportunities, and drive client retention.
- Monitor and analyze client service performance metrics, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovations to enhance the client experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 4-6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- High proficiency in English; familiarity with CRM tools and related software is preferred.
