**Responsibilities**
Shape, lead, and execute client account strategies within an existing and new client base sourced from their own contact base and some existing clients within the APAC team. Help to innovate our work through insight-led strategic consulting, develop new business through consultative selling. and supporting go-to-market (GTM) plans for Asia Pacific.
- Actively live our purpose and help organisations and leaders evolve to be a force for good
- Advocate and advertise our work in our three propositions: Leadership, Culture Change and Making Purpose Matter
- Design, lead, and implement leadership and organisational development interventions (i.e. consulting, facilitation, and coaching)
- Develop trusted partnerships within our clients and be their consultancy of choice
- Create account strategies to support growth in new and existing clients
- Write proposals and pitch for new work to bring the best of BRIDGE to all new client opportunities
- Attend events and maintain engagement with your network to support lead generation activities in the APAC market
- Ensure profitable delivery of account plans whilst maintaining quality standards with our clients
- Develop client insights to support ongoing development of our propositions
- Lead the development of client led-thought leadership content so support GTM plans
- Develop your own practice through continuous learning
**Requirements**:
- At least 5+ years’ consultancy experience in leadership and organisational development
- At least 10 years of corporate working experience
- Proven ability in delivering successful leadership and organisational development programmes with multinational corporations or government institutions
- A track record of success in building and leading client accounts of SGD 250k and above
- Existing client development capability - has grown their impact in clients through developing trusted partnerships
- Consultative selling and business development experience which have resulted in winning new business
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and independent mindset; and comfortable in navigating ambiguity
- Experience in collaborating and partnering across a global business to unlock further account growth potential
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytics capability to generate insights and enable data-driven commercial decision making
**Preferred Experience/Qualifications (but not essential)**:
- Strong presence on LinkedIn and other high-end networking events and platforms
- Development of thought leadership content in their expertise areas
- Hold a bachelor degree
- Trained/certified in coaching, facilitation, and psychometric profiling tools
