Recruitment and Staffing:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:

- Implement performance management systems to set clear expectations and goals for employees.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Training and Development:

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Work with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for career advancement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration:

- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to make recommendations for improvements and adjustments.
- Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
