**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory through lead generation, networking and other sales and marketing activities.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers
- Escalate complex problems to relevant internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services and to develop new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new products and technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
- Ability to work flexible hours
