In the field of Life Science, we are expanding our R&D team members to work on advanced instrumentation development that allows scientists and researchers to gain a better knowledge of how human cells function, right down to the DNA of the genome. At the same time, this body of knowledge allows us to come up with many tools to detect various pathogens (including Covid-19) and finding the preventive measures. Our R&D engineers are being challenged to develop new technologies and new solutions to address some of the technical issues faced by customers.

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a wide range of state-of-the-art products for the global markets, from conceptualization to mass production and eventually seeing the products in the market.

Project manager serves an important role in leading a cross functional development team in communicating with customer on the product requirement and project parameters. Project manager will manage the new product development process/cycle.

Project manager manage an Electronics team responsible for the innovation, design, development, and validation of new product. Lead and develop a team, managing the hiring, staffing. Ensuring a motivated workforce, managing team career development and performance management

Lead team in Electronics system architecture design, design reviews, issue and defect management.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work in a R&D environment, managing design and development of new products.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and cross functional team in project execution.
- Builds & maintains effective relationships with multiple customers
- Manage team on technical aspects for portfolio of projects meet customer’s requirements on cost/schedule/quality
- Relentlessly stay on top of technical project risks
- Interface with customer on RFQ, and to define scope of work of new project(s).
- Project planning including budget, resource and schedule.
- Lead a team of Electronics engineers in designing Electronics modules
- Set clear expectations for team members
- Allocate resources as required to active projects
- Guiding and coaching technical resources
- Motivate a high-performance team
- Create value for the business with innovation

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**
- Degree/Masters in Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 5 ~ 8 years' relevant experience in Electronics and Electrical Design
- PMP certified and NPI experience is an added advantage
- Experience and knowledge in Electronics design tools and life cycle
- Experience in EMC design
- Good understanding of Embedded System Architecture
