**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of R&D projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing R&D team.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all research activities and findings.
- Drive innovation by identifying and incorporating emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Evaluate and implement new tools, techniques, and approaches to enhance research efficiency and effectiveness.

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree in Science and technology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for R&D activities.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive scientific excellence.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel as needed for conferences, meetings, and collaborations.
