**About the Job**:

- Manage, grow and foster a Cyber R&D team.
- Lead the company’s technological vision and roadmap, including novel research activities and projects.
- Update and implement R&D methodologies, approaches and tools.
- Prepare proposals for new R&D projects.
- Manage risks, deliverables, and reporting to stakeholders/sponsors for R&D projects.
- Support the commercialization process of R&D project results into solutions and products.
- Support marketing and presales effort.

**Skillset**:

- Experience in leading research work in cybersecurity and developing new patentable solutions/products which offer novel capabilities to cyber defenders.
- Minimally 10 years of experience in Cyber Security.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies which are adopted to develop our new solutions/products.
- Familiar with cyber threats, malwares, APTs, exploits and vulnerabilities (computer as well as mobile platforms).
- Good understanding of attack lifecycle & how the adversaries operates - e.g. MITRE ATTACK framework.
- Designing well-architected cyber solution.
- Coding best practices and standards.
- Free, original and critical thinker who can identify technological gaps for doing R&D.
