**Your Role**
As a **Clinic Executive**, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our growing medical group, delivering excellent patient experience while supporting administrative and operational needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accurate data entry into system.
- Prepare, verify, and submit insurance claims and other billing documents.
- Handle payments via cash, credit card, NETS, and electronic transfers, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Counsel patients on surgery procedures, preparations, and post-operative care.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of medical supplies and clinic inventory.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to speak dialects is a plus.
- Honest and demonstrates integrity in all tasks.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate, friendly, patient, and cheerful demeanor.
- Good communication skills.
