Orchard, Singapore ENT specialist clinic Full time

**Job Requirement**
- Responsible for management of day-to-day operations of clinic to maintain optimal operating function
- Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
- General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
- Updating of medical billings/invoices
- Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
- Assisting Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination and minor procedures
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Clinic
- Willing to work alternate Friday evenings and some Saturdays
- Training and supervision will be provided.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Previous experience in clinic setting will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy will be an advantage.
- Has a good and willing to learn attitude.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus
