**Clinic Assistant Wanted**

**Work Location: Orchard Area**

We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our clinic as a Clinic Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth running of our busy clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records using our electronic system
- Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical procedures such as measuring vital signs and preparing patients for exams
- Keep the clinic clean and organized
- Handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Familiarity with basic computer skills and electronic medical records systems
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
