- **Key responsibilities include**:_
- Completion of 10 resources a week and 2 on a daily basis
- Develop and implement advertisement designs and content strategies (first draft of a social media posts)
- Adapt images for various platforms by adjusting sizes and formats as needed.
- Perform photo edits and logo making tasks using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for various graphic designs tasks like business cards, posters, EDM, website mockups and banners, etc.
- Edit video content to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Complete all tasks assigned by the Virtual Assistant and adhere to project briefs.
- Communicate any software limitations (e.g., lack of Photoshop or Illustrator) to the Virtual assistant for task reassignment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and acquire any missing assets for projects.
- Tag relevant Trello cards to ensure project tracking and collaboration.
- Ensure timely submission of all required resources.(Inform Annisa if need more time on the task)
- Respond to team inquiries within 2 hours.
