**FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER**

**ABOUT JUVENIS MAXIME**

Juvenis Maxime, established in 2020, is an academy specializing in providing high-quality, practical, creative, and engaging career projects related to the Exploration, Orientation, and Development of an international career path for young individuals aspiring to succeed in their future careers. This program is tailored for middle school, high school, and university students. The program will be launched and supervised by a team of foreign experts with extensive practical experience and a highly successful track record in their respective fields.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design visually compelling posters, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials for various Juvenis Maxime events and campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetic across all materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative content that aligns with our mission and goals
- Create content for both print and digital formats, optimizing designs for various platforms.
- Meet project deadlines and adapt to feedback quickly and efficiently

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing poster and marketing material designs
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of design principles, layout, and typography
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and take constructive feedback.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in designing for educational or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media and web-based design formats.
