HARDSKILLS seeks **Client Experience Representatives** to work alongside our Customer Experience Managers supporting the world’s most innovative brands in workforce transformation. This role suits individuals with up to 2 years of corporate work experience.

You’ll learn foundational skills of building and managing trusted Client relationships and be on track to own a set of key clients over time. Supporting a Client Experience (CX) Manager day-to-day, you will be trained in all aspects of account management; client onboarding, cohort communication, data analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.

**Key**Responsibilities**:

- ** Account Management Support**: Assist CX Managers in project management, participate in client meetings, coordinate Cohort rollouts & scheduling, prepare updates, maintain accurate client documentation and reporting.
- ** Client Research**: Conduct research & track industry priorities and developments of assigned Clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and deepening our role as a value-adding partner to help transform their workforce.
- ** Collaboration & Collateral Preparation**:Working with a cross-functional team, create client-specific presentations, reports, and marketing collateral. Become fluent in tools that create world-class presentations and reports that are insightful and actionable.

**Experience & Skills**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent with 2 years’ work experience with a corporate.
- ** Exceptional Communication**: Outstanding written and verbal skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and receive feedback constructively.
- ** Sense of Urgency**:Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- ** Strong Organizational Skills**: Highly organized with attention to detail.
- ** Technical Proficiency**:Fluent with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- ** Data Enthusiast**: Unafraid of working with data and developing analytical skills.
