**_ We're looking for a motivated and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team at Deel. As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and generating new business opportunities, within Enterprise business._**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
- Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role,
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
