We are looking for Service Delivery Manager and your role is to be responsible for:
**Job Requirements:
**Governance**
- Setup of all the means necessary to ensure the continuity of service,
- Adapt to meet the SLAs defined,
- Cost Management,
- Initiating the actions to control, monitor or study the process, and, if necessary, he starts up the projects.
- The person need to support and manage the Developer and Support teams

**Reporting**
- Providing the measuring elements enabling the production of a Monthly Activity Report, follow-up and analysis with different tools of the “service quality” results. He controls the SLAs and is responsible for the client satisfaction.

**Progress Plan**
- To propose optimization plans to reduce the number of incidents and definitely solve the incidents.
- To organize and control the capitalization and the improvement of the ITIL and support service processes.
- To be pro-active in terms of tools and actions that worked out with other clients.
- To manage the prioritization of actions depending on the SLAs.
- To supervise the support teams and is the central point of all the internal or external support teams by coordinating the actions of the various escalation groups,
- To organizes regular meetings with his team to analyze the results of the previous month and decide on correcting or preventive measures if necessary. He will present an action plan to the different monthly Steering Committees.

**Technical Skills:
- Degree in computer engineering/computer science or information technology, with at least **8 **plus years in managing and leading teams.
- Experience in MDM and / or ETL full life cycle development
- Understand reusability, parameterization, workflow design, etc.
- Thorough understanding of Entire life cycle of Software and various Software Engineering methodologies
- Proven capability to manage a multicultural team in Asia of 10-20 people.
- Strong interpersonal skills such as empathy, leadership, problem resolution.
- Ability to lead the team with empathy and assertiveness.
- Huge plus point if you are a native French speaker.
