**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Scope**

You will be a Debt Capital Markets (“DCM”) specialist, supporting the Head of DCM on originating, structuring and executing DCM transactions in Asia with a focus in SGD-denominated bonds and G3. DCM transactions comprises of Corporate Bonds (Investment Grade and High Yield), FIG bonds (Senior Unsecured, Covered Bonds, Bank Capital), Liability Management Exercises (Tender Offer, Exchange Offer, Consent Solicitation Exercises, Open Market Repurchase), Public Benchmark Issuances and Private Placements.

**Responsibilities**

Deal Origination
- Perform fundamental and credit analysis for client funding or corporate requirements
- Preparation of high-quality pitch books and materials for client meetings and follow-ups
- Preparation of regular market updates and pricing updates for clients

Deal Execution
- Supporting the team in obtaining internal approvals processes such as preparation of conflict clearance, debt underwriting approval memo, managing deal documentation and timeline
- Coordinate deal execution between all internal and external stakeholders and deal team members to ensure smooth execution from mandate to deal closing
- Deal execution aspects includes due diligence, structuring, documentation, ratings, investor marketing, roadshow planning, settlement and preparation of case studies
- Engage and build relationship with client working level teams to ensure smooth deal execution
**Qualifications**
- Good university degree preferably a degree in Finance or Accountancy
- CMFAS M1B, M4A, M6 and M6A (highly preferred)
- Independent, self-motivated, with strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- High degree of power point and excel competency
- Analytical background with strong attention to detail
- Proven experience in transaction management and deal execution in a capital markets or investment banking environment
- Able to adjust work hours as per deal requirements and perform effectively under pressure
- A team player who is highly motivated and achievement oriented
