- Conduct thorough due diligence and market analysis on potential investments in Payments, DeWi technologies, and Proof of Physical Work.
- Assess financial performance, growth potential, and competitive landscape of target companies.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through industry networking, market research, and attending relevant conferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
- Monitor portfolio performance, providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies to maximize value.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders on investment performance and market trends.
- Contribute to the development of the investment strategy, focusing on emerging trends in Fintech and infrastructure.
- Identify new areas for investment within the fintech space, particularly in Payment solutions and decentralized technologies.
- Evaluate potential risks associated with investments and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Ensure compliance with investment policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments that could impact investments in Payments, DeWi, and Proof of Physical Work.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in investment management, venture capital, or private equity, with a focus on Fintech and technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of Payments ecosystems, DeWi technologies, and Proof of Physical Work concepts.
- Proven track record of sourcing and executing successful investments.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with early-stage startups and growth companies.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting fintech and decentralized technologies.
