DESIGNATION : Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be part of the IT team that enables and supports user departments to identify and document the business requirements
- Analyse the current business requirements and make recommendations for solutions or improvements based on industry trends that can be achieved through new or existing technology
- Analyse and translate business requirements into software requirements
- Work with vendors to develop and implement business system solutions for current and projected business needs
- Oversee the implementation of projects from initiation to completion stage
- Coordinate, conduct, and document user acceptance testing and results
- Work with vendors to develop user guides and provide user training, and day-to-day support to users
- Resolve system issues and present reports to stakeholders to support recommendation for change requests
- Ensure system compatibility and user compliance to operating procedures
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Business Information Systems/Management, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer) or equivalent
- Possess at least 3-5 years of experience in system implementation, project management, system analysis and business analysis
- Strong analytical skill to understand the business process and functional requirements, and to translate them to system requirement specifications and functional specifications
- Experience in project management and related methodologies
- Have good understanding on healthcare and financial system solutions will be added advantage
- Have knowledge/experience in cloud technologies, Microsoft and Outsystems will be added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to work with cross-functional/cross-regional units
- Possess strong leadership, and ability to work in a team as well as independently
