Your roles & responsibilities include:

- Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions, administer and resolve customer complaints, comments and inquiries promptly
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Record product quality and customer response trends on timely basis
- Plan and schedule deliveries
- Provide feedback on service recovery and delivery processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments
- Communicate with and provide customers on delivery information
- Prepare Reports
- Support the day-to-day business operations of the Company;
- Be approachable and be a good listener in discovering customers’ needs;
- Recommend a solution in meeting customers’ needs & objectives;
- Generate interest through product demonstration; Maintain excellent customer services and relationship;
- Keeping abreast of your product knowledge through continuous learning;
- Learn to overcome customers’ objections;
- Support and assist in ad-hoc / periodic stock-take and/or stock-count exercise when required;
- Adhere to all SOP, company’s policies, processes and procedures;
- Support in all aspects of sales process;
- Feedback to the Manager on customer needs;
- Practice professionalism and acting in the best interests of the company, in all aspects;
- Assist and support sales team when required;
- Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned.
