Assistant Manager, Compensation and Benefits Apac

This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of performance and rewards strategy in the region. He/ She will work closely with the HR teams in the execution of regional HR initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for regional compensation & benefits practices, policies and programs.
- Reviewing of compensation & benefits strategies, policies & guidelines, ensure company's practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing annual compensation & benefits projects and initiatives such as salary reviews, bonus matrix, promotion exercise, insurance renewal, staff welfare & benefits.
- Review and enhance the effectiveness of the performance management framework to engage, develop and retain employees.
- Support global compensation & benefits practices, such as global mobility, tax equalisation calculations, job levelling, benchmarking, etc.
- Participate in market surveys, market benchmarking, design and review salary structures and analyse data to improve internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Partner with regional HR team on compensation, benefits, performance management, promotion, governance and data analytics matters.
- Act as a driver and facilitator of change management to support HR initiatives and organizational changes.
- Participate and support regional HR initiatives as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in specialist remuneration and benefits role.
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Business Administration
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal, good presentation skills and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to work in and contribute through multiple teams and deliver a positive impact to team culture.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficient use in Excel
Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
