**The Role**

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join us as a **Credit Risk Manager**.

As Atome continues our strong growth momentum, you will play an important role in managing the profitability and risk profile of multiple business lines within Atome to ensure sustainable business growth.

Primarily, you will be responsible for designing a consumer credit line framework within established risk thresholds, and your scope will encompass new and existing products across the multiple markets in which we operate.

To succeed in this role, you should be someone who enjoys the challenge of solving tough problems within a rapidly changing environment.

**Key responsibilities**
- Leverage data and analytics to balance risk and growth
- Be a owner to credit risk policies and procedures
- Owns regional risk projects to ensure traction and timely deliverance
- Monitor the health status of risk portfolio and/or key metrics, and conduct investigations in the event of an alert being raised
- Data Visualisation: Curate effective visualisation on Tableau
- Optimise NPL rate, approval rate, and customer experience trade-off
- Deliver business insights for improving our underwriting process and fraud prevention

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience in **retail credit risk** management
- **Proficient in writing SQL queries**:

- Excellent analytical skills and mindset
- Quick and willing learner
- Detail-oriented personality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Engineering or any other related quantitative fields

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in fintech or tech companies
- Experience in anti-fraud
- Familiar with Tableau
- Familiar with Python or Apache Spark
