**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively promote and sell mobile products, services, and accessories to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct face-to-face and field sales to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and promotions clearly to customers.
- Ensure proper customer follow-up and after-sales support for better retention and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, customer interactions, and reports in MS Office tools.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
- Upsell and cross-sell products wherever possible to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimally Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Sales/Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in field/ground sales (preferably in mobile, telecom, or retail sales industry).
- Strong command of English communication (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for sales reporting and documentation.
- Must be flexible to work long hours, rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- strong talent in creating and promoting advertisements on social media platforms.
- Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- High level of energy, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Willingness to travel locally for sales visits, customer meetings, or promotional events if required.
