Business Analyst

**Job Scope**
1. Have clear understanding of end-to-end Lending workflow (preferably of SME lending). The major job scope is for SG and HK market
3. Analyze issues/queries raised by users in detail and understand current logics/system behaviour, to independently guide users on how to troubleshoot issue
4. Understand issues highlighted by users and then synthesize the issue in a language that technology production support team can understand and fix
5. Lodge issues in DBS production management system, and proactively follow up with production support team on resolution of the issues that are raised by users
6. Analyze and propose enhancements to system/workflow and raise JIRA user stories, to reduce user painpoints and issues.
7. Provide regular, structured reporting and status updates to all impacted stakeholders and senior management on issues raised, and escalate severe issues where applicable
8. Prior experience as a Program/Project Manager/Business Analyst in Front Office/IT for SME banking for corporate lending is strongly preferred.
9. Prior experience on managing variety of stakeholders (including users and Tech) is preferred.
**Required experience**
1. Preferable to have minimum of 5-7 years work experience in Program Manager/Project Manager/Business Analyst/User Support Management roles in Banking
2. Market and business knowledge in SME Banking, familiarization with SME customer needs and internal business processes for lending is preferred.
3. Strong stakeholder management, change management and communication skills (written and verbal), proven track record in managing stakeholders for complex, large scale projects.
5. Awareness of Project management tools and methodologies like AGILE, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
