**Co-Development Business Unit** is hiring for **IT Application Support Officer**
- Internal Code: A24031_

**What will you do?**
- Provide operations and maintenance support.
- Respond timely to users’ queries.
- Troubleshoot to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the team to track issues till closure.
- Support implementation of new product features.

**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**
- At least three years’ experience as a Support Officer or equivalent in Agile projects.
- Graduates from Business School, Computer Science, Information Technology, and other Engineering discipline would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience in Salesforce, SaaS, CRM will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in AWS, APEX coding and DevOps will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in stakeholders’ engagement will be an advantage.
- Application Support Officer with the ability to track IT related expenses and payment will be an advantage.
