**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of property care and maintenance staff.
- Ensure that all property care and maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to team members.
- Provide training and support to ensure your team performs efficiently and effectively.
- Address any property-related issues, including maintenance concerns and client requests, in a timely and professional manner.
- Report significant maintenance issues or damages and oversee their resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in property care, maintenance, or a related supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to travel between various job locations.
