**Job Title**:Facility Care and Maintenance Supervisor

**Description**:
As a **Facility Care and Maintenance Supervisor **with BUTLER Housekeeping, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of various facilities, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and functionality. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of facility care and maintenance staff.
- Ensure that all facility cleaning and maintenance tasks meet the highest company standards.
- Coordinate schedules and allocate tasks to team members.
- Provide training and mentorship to ensure team members perform at their best.
- Address any facility issues, including maintenance and client concerns, promptly and professionally.
- Report any significant maintenance issues or damages and ensure they are addressed swiftly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility care, maintenance, or a related supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to travel between various job locations.
- Reliability and punctuality.
