**About the Position**
- FiscalNote ESG Solutions is looking for a Management Associate to assist in management operations, support administrative and business development, and coordinate with other departments for project support to meet the organization's objectives and profitability goals.

**What To Expect In This Position**:

- Provide support in ESG and sustainability advisory projects and assist in customer success
- Help customers understand and use the product; configure their dashboards, guide them on gathering the information they need about their carbon footprint, water and nature management programs (if applicable)
- Support development of new product features with feedback from clients and stakeholders
- Assist management of business development to help the organization obtain better brand recognition and financial growth
- Support marketing events and leads generation

**What Sets You Apart**:

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience working on B2B/enterprise, web-based platforms
- Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities to develop sales and commercial awareness/acumen
- A data-driven, client-focused and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership;
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
