**About the Role**

The Support Consultant will perform a range of tasks including advise on software functions and configurations, troubleshooting basic to complex issues and providing timely feedback and resolutions for multiple customers.

**What You'll Do**
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of queries relating to process and configuration.
- Ensure timely response on all support cases to the customers.
- Monitor and provide regular feedback to clients on progress of support calls.
- Escalate support request to the Support lead where required.
- Report incidences to the customers and internal team in a timely manner.
- Manage, resolve, and escalate tickets where necessary, as per service level agreements.
- Create documents and compile knowledge to streamline customer support experience.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- Minimum 4 years' experience in functional consulting and/or support in SAP Business One.
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, and Bookkeeping.
- High-level knowledge, experience, understanding of SAP Business One - installation, setups, updating reports, solving common SAP errors and providing resolutions, modifications, running maintenance, etc.
- Experience in all SAP modules - Accounting and Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales and Customer Relationships to Reporting and Analytics.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be amenable to work 5 AM - 2 PM Singapore time.
