Job Responsibilities:

- End-to-end order processing in SAP pertaining to store's transactions (such as order entry / administration / replenishment / return handling)
- Track and report on shipping and order status progress during the month
- Perform replenishment shipment to retail store(s), regional warehouse(s) in accordance with inventory replenishment strategy
- Review and perform order rectification prior to order or shipment status
- Responsible for SAP inventory reconciliation against store(s)
- Manage return merchandise in store(s) to various service center(s)
- Liaise with 3PLs, freight forwarders and overseas agents, to solve problems, proposing and executing configurations to the operational processes to meet business objectives
- Coordinate with relevant parties on excess and obsolescence inventory dispositions to minimize company’s risk
- Develop and build strong relationship with Retail Store Ops & Store Manager to align processes
- Maintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the Management
- Able to manage huge data and high volume of daily work

Pre-Requisites:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work outside of regular hours in accordance with business needs
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP ECC is preferred
- Decisive, result-focused and able to work independently as well as in team to handle diverse situations
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
