Description Order Management AEG Power Solutions We are currently seeking a skilled professional for the position of Order Management. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of stock control and financial systems, and a passion for optimizing operational workflows. At the core of our operations is the seamless orchestration of product order processing, from the initial receipt of an order to its successful closure. Main Responsibilities Order Entry: input Sales Orders into our ERP system. Financial Reports: create dynamic project financial reports. Stock Allocation: allocate stock to customer Sales Orders, maintaining availability. Procurement Coordination: craft procurement documentation for equipment and services, ensuring accuracy. Timely Orders: expedite or slow down orders to align with project timelines. Liaison and Delivery: liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments for seamless delivery. Invoicing: ensure accurate invoicing. Stock Management: keep stock info up-to-date and accurate. Procurement Efficiency: raise purchase orders and handle goods received efficiently. Financial Insights: provide valuable insights from reports and forecasting. Customer Focus: prioritize exceptional customer service. Qualifications And Requirements Bachelor's Degree (preferred). Open to other qualifications. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Understanding and proven ability to use order processing systems with invoicing, purchasing, and stock control interfaces (ERP). Strong focus on client satisfaction. ERP experience, preferably SAP.
