**What the role is**

As Senior Manager, Strategic Communications, you will lead and manage communication research, analyse data and insights to develop strategic communication plans and craft messages for various stakeholder groups. You will work closely with National Council of Social Service’ (NCSS) Marketing and Digital team, NCSS Groups and the Ministry of Social and Family Development’s (MSF) Communications Division to effectively promote public awareness of NCSS initiatives, events, and programmes to support the needs of the social service sector.

**What you will be working on**

1. Lead communication research and brand review to understand stakeholder perception of NCSS and sub-brands, Community Chest and Social Service Institute
2. Develop strategic communication plans that integrates various aspects of communication efforts and monitor timely implementation
3. Review and update NCSS’ Message House and coordinate with the “Marketing & Digital” team to refresh the brand strategy of NCSS and its sub-brands
4. Support NCSS business groups to meet their communication objectives by working with them on communication and engagement plans for key initiatives and programmes
5. Work with MSF and other stakeholders on message testing and propose narratives and key messages on strategic issues
6. Analyse data from NCSS corporate website, media monitoring, sentiment analysis, engagement on various NCSS’ social media platforms and public queries received through various channels and recommend ways to improve NCSS and its business groups’ communication and engagement efforts
7. Drive initiatives that build communication capabilities internally

**Experience**:

- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in communications work
