**Job Summary**:
Promote the work of TOUCH through strategic planning of content on various communication platforms, including traditional media, social media and online communication platforms. This includes the implementation of content for different stakeholders to gain greater awareness of TOUCH as a strategic solution provider.

The incumbent is also responsible for the development and execution of the internal communication efforts for the organisation and guest-of-honour protocols during TOUCH events, supporting the CEO Office with the communication of organisational policies, and managing external stakeholders.

**Principal Responsibilities and Duties**:
**1) Content management**
- Create and curate content pieces for strategic messaging across platforms and purpose
- Strategize the utilisation of online and print platforms for outreach and engagement for mindshare
- Edit language and content for communications platforms

**2) Manage organisational reputation and brand**
- Manage corporate communications including writing speeches and emcee scripts, manage event protocol for Guests-of-Honour and VIPs at TOUCH events
- Execute the internal communication messaging and efforts for the organisation

**3) Media relations**
- Manage relationship with members of the media
- Assume the role of main liaison between organisation spokespersons and members of the media
- Identify angles for organisation to be profiled in the media
- Assist with drafting media responses to profile the expertise and work of the organisation

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, English, and/or New Media from a recognised institution
- At least 5 years of prior relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, editorial or publishing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as proofreading and editorial skills
