Maintenance Officer

To assist the Chief Engineer to organize and carry out department’s preventive / breakdown maintenance.
- To check on work performed to ensure it is in accordance to the established schedule.
- To prepare monthly duty roster for staff.
- To ensure proper inventory control of spare parts and material.
- To supervise contractors within the hotel and ensure work is carried out on time and to specified standards.
- To plan, schedule and co-ordinate all preventive / breakdown maintenance and repair work.
- To participate in fire-fighting and safety exercise.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to perform shifts
- At least 2 years of experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month
