WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

The incumbent’s main responsibility is to manage the mailbox for customer queries.- Manage customer service requests from Life Ops (POS/Customer Services), Finance or other departments relating to insurance policy values/benefits;- Identify areas where processes can be streamlined further to improve efficiency and to enhance/develop excel calculations tools for Life Ops to self-help;- Review user requirement specification and support on UATs for system enhancement/fix and liaise with stakeholder on any related service recovery works.

Minimum Job Requirements- Degree in Actuarial Science, or Maths/Statistics- At least 3 years working experience in life insurance preferably with some pricing experience- Associate of accredited actuarial organizations (i.e. USA, UK, Australia) or close to Associate- Proficient in MS Excel and Database handling- Prophet skills will be a plus
