We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Assistant Manager - Product proposition and on-boarding training.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Design and develop training programmes to prepare new recruits to be sales ready, including but not limited to on-boarding programmes in technical and sales knowledge
- Design and develop training for product proposition, especially newly launched products. Conduct in-organisation training to excite the Distributors and propagate our products for meeting of financial needs.
- Design and train Distributors on tools which could improve sales (e.g. using CPF & SRS to trigger retirement planning)
- Design and develop curriculum to meet the training needs of the various channels
- Develop, modify and update training materials
- Plan and organise training programmes
- Deliver, conduct and facilitate training programmes
- Spearhead, manage and provide support to projects related to training & development of channels
- Monitors and manage the IBF accreditation programme
- Emcee and/or manage company events
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities by immediate supervisor

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales or training (life insurance industry)
- Diploma with related experience
- Chartered Financial Consultant/Certified Financial Planner (good to have)
- Focus on customer
- Results oriented
- Share to succeed
