**Key Responsibilities**:
**Printing and Resource Management**:

- Process and complete all printing requests from staff for school materials and papers.
- Prepare, verify, and tabulate monthly printing/meter readings from the machines.
- Maintain accurate records and statistics related to printing usage.
- Replenish and order consumables related to printing and school supplies.

**Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Manage and order school inventories and consumables as required.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid disruptions.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative assistance to the School Admin Team.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Operate and maintain office automation equipment including printers and photocopiers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **N Level**education or above.
- At least **1 year of relevant work experience**, preferably in a school setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task efficiently.
- Experience operating office equipment such as **photocopiers and printers**is essential.
