**Main objectives of the role**:

- Collaborate with leadership team, vendor partners and customer accounts to drive clarity of product and services specifications
- Represent the business through customer facing and industry engagements
- Manage customer relationships by designing, developing and delivering appropriate solutions
- Drive the development and technical delivery of services and key go-to-market offerings to successfully develop and deploy proposed solution, including specifications, commercial models, sales and marketing content and technical team enablement
- Build new pipeline of opportunities at the closing of the deal
- Stay abreast of latest technology trends, market conditions, cloud technology and business goals to become a SME.

**Core skills**:

- Degree holder with at least 10 years’ experience in delivering business and technology consultancy services to large and medium sized enterprise organisations
- A minimum of 5 years’ of experience in delivering SME to clients in two or more technology domains
- Proven experience in designing or delivering cloud solutions and key strategic workplace solutions
- Strong demonstrated experience in building, designing, configuring and migration of hybrid and multi cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of the complexities of migration and enterprise project exposure
- Passionate about technology with a proven exposure to various methodologies, best practices and technologies
- Experience in leading and managing of multiple technology projects, defining customer problems, developing strategies and able to produce quality documentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, with an ability to build relationships within business and articulate across a number of core domains.
